Original need: to simplify maitenance operations for their field agents. As all maintenance operations are recorded on paper during interventions. 

Solution NFC-i : the mobile app « Maintenance forms » is a business solution with the following features:

  • « Offline » mode management,
  • Integrated profiles management for a sale single sign-on access (SSO),
  • Data storage on a NFC card (regulatory requirement),
  • Business rules implemented on the mobile app (calculation rules for isolation),
  • Combination of a strong architecture with the necessary flexibility for an offline and mobile use,
  • An ergonomic and optimized user experience to guide the technician through the various stages of the workflow.
